Pre-Order & Order Cancellation Policy

When you place an order, including pre-orders, your payment is charged immediately. This secures your place in the shipping queue, regardless of dispatch date.

Need to cancel before shipment? Please note a 8% processing fee applies, resulting in a 92% refund.

If you need to change your delivery address or switch models after dispatch, a €80 change fee applies. Since transit address changes aren’t possible, the package must be returned and reshipped. We recommend avoiding address changes after shipping.

All cancellations must be requested by email to [email protected]. Cancellations by phone are not accepted. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed. If you don’t receive it, the cancellation has not been completed.

Model Replacement

We offer model replacements within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, scent-free, and in original packaging with less than 10 miles recorded.

Exchange costs are €300 (€150 each way). After 30 days, replacements are no longer available unless for verified defects.

30-Day Free Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:

Odometer shows less than 10 miles
No signs of use, dirt, or damage
All original packaging and accessories are included

Contact [email protected] for authorization and a prepaid return label. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive your item.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days or if the bike exceeds the stated usage conditions. Only repairs or warranty services apply.

Used items may only be returned if they are defective or malfunctioning.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 2 business days of approval, check your bank account and contact your card issuer. Processing times may vary. If unresolved, email us at [email protected].
